I honed my skills in athleticism and basketball development after graduating from Toledo St. John’s and playing at Capital University. As one of only two Level 2 ATG Certified trainers in Ohio, I’ve had the privilege of learning from world-renowned coaches like Ben Patrick (Creator of ATG), Steven Cerenzio (USA Track) and Nick Swint. Growing up with a father who was a multi-time Coach of the Year in Ohio for Basketball, I was immersed in sports from the start. My passion for training began with transforming my own athleticism, and I now channel that same drive into helping my clients reach their peak performance.
